2. Account and access

Accessing the courses requires an account with a verified email. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.

3. Zone price and territorial licence

The price of a course depends on the geographic zone you buy from. The zone is decided automatically from the IP address, the card and billing country, the verified phone prefix and the device, and the most expensive zone among those signals is charged. By buying you accept that:

  • The licence is personal, non-transferable and valid only in the countries of the zone of purchase.
  • You may use up to three registered devices and one simultaneous playback.
  • When travelling you can activate a temporary pass (up to 14 days per calendar year) confirmed with your phone.
  • The video carries your name and part of your email as a watermark.
  • Use from two countries within two hours, or from outside the zone without a pass, suspends the licence until reviewed.
  • If the payment details belong to a pricier zone than the one charged, the order is put under review and the difference may be requested or the purchase refunded.

These conditions never limit your access to this website or its informational pages: only playback of the licensed content.

4. Right of withdrawal

EU consumers have 14 days to withdraw from the purchase unless they have started watching the content, in which case they expressly accept losing that right as the digital content has been performed.

5. Certificates

The certificate is issued on passing the quiz with the stated minimum score. It may be revoked if fraud is detected in the assessment or the identity.

6. Intellectual property

All content belongs to Trivellini Hair Group SLP or its licensors. Downloading, recording, reproducing or reselling it is prohibited. The watermark identifies the origin of a copy.

7. Liability

Training content does not replace professional judgement. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding twelve months.

8. Law and jurisdiction
