How the academy solves it
The academy's AI tutor: what it answers, what it does not and how to use it
What the Trivellini Academy AI tutor is, which material it is trained on, when it points you to the 1:1 session and why it gives no clinical advice to anyone.

The tutor is an AI assistant that answers questions about the academy and the syllabus, in your language, at any hour. It is a study aid, not a person and not a replacement for the instructor.
What it knows
- Inside the course lessons, it knows the syllabus of that lesson and course.
- On academies with the public tutor enabled, it also helps on open pages: it knows course outlines, sample lessons, FAQs and legal texts.
So it can answer "which lesson explains this?" or "summarize this concept". It appears as a chat widget.
What it does not do
- It is not Roberto Trivellini and does not speak with his voice. It is an assistant trained on the material.
- It gives no diagnoses or personalized clinical advice. It explains what the material says and, for a specific case, points to the 1:1 session or your professional judgment.
- It does not improvise. If the material does not answer the question, the platform provides for it: the tutor can record the question for the team and tell you it will be received. It only says so if the tool confirms it was recorded.
- It does not discuss topics outside the academy.
- It has a monthly usage allowance per academy.
How to get the most from it
- Ask with context: "in the multiphase system lesson, what is the difference between rotation and oscillation?"
- Use it to review before the quiz.
- When the question depends on your case, note it and take it to the 1:1 session.
What problem it addresses
It tackles the slow feedback of the learning curve: you do not have to wait for the next in-person edition or a message to a colleague to clarify a concept, which weighs on distant in-person training.
A caution
Like any AI assistant, it can be wrong. Check important points against the lessons and the instructor.
